The Apartment: Layout

The apartment is 110 m2 and has air conditioning(cold and hot). The apartment is divided into a spacious living room with complete kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with coffee table, dining table with chairs and TV with English Chanels and wifi. The flat is not easily accessible by walker or wheelchair due to the level differences.

From the living room you have access to a covered terrace (naya) with a dining table and BBQ.
Through the naya you enter a sunny terrace with a cozy seating area.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with ample closet space and comfortable beds. Both rooms have a double bed of 160 x 210 cm. In one of the rooms a single folding bed can be added. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and there is a fire extinguisher in the apartment.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. (Hair dryer available)

You can use the private pool with sun beds. At the pool there is also an outdoor kitchen with dining table.

Under the pool there is also a double shower with toilet and you have access to your own washing machine.

We use green electricity, generated by our own solar panels. In addition, you can drink the water from the tap as normal, as we have installed a water filtration system from Aquafilter.
